LYNETTE HIRST
Lynette Hirst is based in Tasman, and has worked in ceramics for over 16 years. Lynette has mastered various techniques, including a Japanese method called nerikomi, orginating from China from 2000 years ago. The process involves constructing hand coloured clays to build up multi coloured blocks to eventually make absolutely unique pieces. Her work can be found in homes around New Zealand, as well as overseas.
