Odelle Morshuis Odelle Morshuis creates figurative sculptures that explore the connection of people to the environment. As the artist describes: "I enjoy the more poetic qualities of our relationship with our surroundings, I see nature as not separate from us but as part of a complex inter-relationship". The sculptures feature silhouettes cut into the patinated material, a technique chosen to create shadows that further populate the sculpture. These sculptures will age, rust and change- as the artist describes the sculptures will "mature and gain a patina....proof I lived". Price Guide | $995-$4,000 |
